I spent the week working Artist Credentials, greeting musicians and crew as they arrived and helping them get where they needed to go using our radio system. A lot of the job was staying flexible—communicating last-minute schedule changes, updated logistics, and access protocols to artists, their teams, and the stage and artist relations managers. I kept an eye on credential inventory and worked closely with festival staff to quickly resolve any access or hospitality issues that came up. Even during busy moments, I focused on staying calm and professional, especially when working with high-profile artists, to help keep the check-in process running smoothly.
