ASUOP A&E
Over the last four years, I planned and executed 50+ campus events, ranging from small gatherings to concerts with over 2,500 attendees. I managed more than $500,000 in programming budgets, covering everything from artist fees and staff pay to marketing and production costs, and worked hands-on through every stage of each event. I hired and supported an 8-person programming board, collaborated closely with university leadership, and used student surveys and market research to guide booking decisions—bringing artists like Doechii, Tinashe, and 310Babii to campus.

Seeing attendance grow by 40% was a clear reminder of how much thoughtful planning and strong execution can shape campus culture.
Tigerlands: 1000+ attendees, budget of $150,000
The University's end of the year concert
I conceptualize to carry out this yearly event by researching talent, booking and handling artist relations for BLXST in 2023, Doechii in 2024 and Tinashe in 2025. In addition, I delegate all tasks to my team of eight, including decorations, equipment purchasing, vendor booking, food catering, facilities, safety, etc.
Block Party: 800+ attendees, budget of $50,000
Beggining of the year kick off concert!
The Pacific Night Market showcased student organizations, student businesses, and local performers, bringing together Bay Area communities to celebrate diverse cultures through delicious food and high-energy performances. I executed the event from planning through on-site management, strategically optimizing the budget for 4 local live music performers. My team and I coordinated multi-platform marketing, promotional, and social media campaigns while maintaining the tight project timelines, and collaborated cross-functionally with the production and technology crews, and university officials to ensure seamless event execution.
